Wood Door OEM and ODM Service

We supply solid wood and engineered wood doors under customer brands. If you are a distributor, a project contractor or a brand looking to add a door line without owning a factory, our OEM and ODM service covers design, production, packing and export documentation. What OEM covers OEM starts from an existing specification and changes the surface layer. We can put your logo on the leaf and the frame, use your finish colours and codes, supply your hardware set, and pack in your format. Minimum order is 300 sets per model for full private label, because a dedicated finish batch and packaging setup carries a fixed cost. What ODM covers ODM starts from a drawing. We develop the door to your opening schedule, choose the core and finish to your market, and produce to your specification sheet. This suits a brand that wants a differentiated door rather than an existing model with a new label. Development is typically 20-30 days including a sample, and the sample must be approved before batch production. Our process 1. Specification. Send a drawing, an opening schedule or an existing sample. We return a manufacturability review, a quotation and a lead time. 2. Sample. For ODM we produce a sample door, typically 20-30 days. For OEM with an existing model we can skip to a finish sample, which is faster. 3. Approval. You confirm the sample physically, not from photos. We adjust finish, hardware and dimensions at this stage, because changes after approval are the most expensive kind. 4. Production. Batch production runs 30-45 days depending on specification and quantity. Veneer and finish are allocated within one batch so the whole order matches. 5. Packing and loading. Export carton, pallet or container packing to your requirement, with loading photos before departure. 6. Documentation. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and, where required, inspection reports. Air freight samples can be arranged before you commit to a container order. Commercial terms T/T 30% deposit and 70% against B/L copy is standard, and L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders. We quote FOB Qingdao, CIF to your port, or DDP. Our weekly production capacity is roughly 600 sets, so a 300-set private label order fits comfortably into one production cycle. If you are starting with a smaller quantity, we can supply under our own label with your finish and hardware as a hybrid, which lets you test the market before committing to full private label.
