Returns & Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to engineering project supply and installation services, as well as standard product orders supplied by Shandong Keegreen Office & Home Furnishing Co., LTD. As engineering projects are normally custom-made to site conditions, project supply and stock products are treated separately below.

Product Quality and Rework

We are responsible for product quality. Goods are inspected by our quality control centre before dispatch and conform to national standards and the technical specification agreed in the contract. If goods are damaged, incomplete or not as specified during transport or installation for reasons attributable to us, please notify us in writing with photographs within 7 days of signing. We will verify and arrange free rework, replacement or replenishment.

Variation and Removal from Site

Where site conditions change during construction, both parties shall confirm in writing the scope of variation, the cost impact and the programme impact. If completed work must be removed or reworked at the client's request, the associated cost is borne by the client; where the cause is attributable to us, we bear the rework and associated loss.

Refunds

We agree to refund in the following circumstances:
\n① rework attributable to us is verified but still cannot meet the agreed specification;
\n② the contract cannot be performed due to our capacity or delivery reasons, confirmed in writing by both parties;
\n③ the client cancels a custom product in writing before production begins.

Non-refundable Cases

① problems caused by site conditions, wall dimension deviation, humidity or similar factors beyond our control;
\n② damage from unauthorised dismantling, moving or improper use;
\n③ custom products already completed and accepted;
\n④ non-performance caused by force majeure.

Refund Process and Timing

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@keegreen.com or by phone to +86 138 6406 9608. Once verified, refunds are processed within 15 working days to the original payment method; bank processing times apply.

Warranty

Under normal use and maintenance, wooden products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of project acceptance. Repair and replacement due to our own product defects within this period are at our cost.
