Keegreen is a solid wood door manufacturer based in Changqing District, Jinan, Shandong, China. Since 2008 we have supplied solid wood and engineered wood doors to hotel, office, school, apartment and villa projects, and we ship to more than 20 countries. As a wood door manufacturer rather than a trading company, every door we ship is produced in our own 5000 m2 production base with an in-house 3000 m2 workshop. That means the finishing, framing and QC steps stay under one roof, and lead times stay predictable for project schedules. What we manufacture We produce three core door families: - Solid wood doors for interior use, with oak, American black walnut, ash and teak veneer or solid stile-and-rail construction - Engineered wood doors with a cross-laminated or LVL core, stable in humid climates and for tall openings - Fire rated wood doors tested to EN 1634 and GB 12955 at 30, 60 and 90 minutes Every door is made to the project opening size. Standard production covers openings from 700 mm to 1500 mm wide and 2000 mm to 3000 mm high, with frame thickness from 40 mm to 60 mm. Custom sizes are routine rather than exceptional. Production capacity and QC Our monthly output covers roughly 3000 sets, with 10,000 sets per year available for project orders. Incoming timber is dried to 8-12% moisture content before machining. Each batch goes through a seven-step inspection covering moisture, joint integrity, finish adhesion, dimensional tolerance and acoustic performance. Machinery is imported from Germany, Italy and Finland, which is what allows us to hold tight tolerances on door frames and to keep acoustic ratings consistent across a 500-door batch. Standards and certification Our frames and panels comply with JG/T 122-2000, and door leaf construction follows GB/T 3324-1995 and GB 5296.6-2004. The factory operates under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Fire rated doors are supplied with EN 1634 and GB 12955 test reports for every production batch. How to order MOQ is 20 sets per model. Mixed containers are acceptable on first orders. Standard sizes ship in 20-30 days; custom sizes take 35-45 days after drawing approval. Payment is T/T or L/C at sight, and we quote FOB Qingdao or CIF to your port.
