Returns & Refund Policy

HZME remote-controlled mowers are precision machinery. For quality assurance, we generally do not accept returns of used equipment. Returns or refunds are considered only in the following cases:

• Dead-on-arrival or manufacturing defect confirmed by HZME technical inspection;
• Transit damage with photo/video evidence provided within 7 days of receipt;
• Major discrepancy from the confirmed order specification.

For approved cases we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Spare parts and worldwide technical support are available. Contact us with your order number and details.
